We're currently recruiting Claims Coordinators on behalf of a well-established client within the insurance industry. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in insurance, claims or administration, with full training provided.
n
You don't need previous insurance or claims experience, we're more interested in finding people who are proactive, organised, confident communicating with customers and able to work well under pressure.
n
About The Role
n
As a Claims Coordinator, you'll manage your own portfolio of claims, working closely with customers, trades, assessors and other stakeholders to ensure claims are progressed efficiently and within required timeframes.
n
The role can be very fast-paced, with quick turnaround times and a high volume of work, so you'll need to be comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working towards clear KPIs.
n
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
n

- Managing your own portfolio of insurance claims from start to finish
n
- Coordinating with customers, trades, assessors and other stakeholders
n
- Following up outstanding information and progressing claims
n
- Managing a high volume of claims and meeting strict turnaround times
n
- Working towards and maintaining high KPIs
n
- Providing a high level of customer service throughout the claims process
n
- Updating systems and maintaining accurate claim records
n
n
What we're looking for
n
We're open to candidates without insurance or claims experience and can provide full training.
n
Ideally, you'll have:
n
n
- Previous administration or customer service experience
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
n
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
n
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- The ability to work towards KPIs and deadlines
n
n
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
