We are currently seeking an experienced Mine Production Superintendent to join our client's mining operation based in Mt Ida, Western Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced mining professional to take a key leadership role, overseeing production activities and supporting the safe, efficient and successful delivery of mining operations.

n

THE ROLE

n

As the Mine Production Superintendent, you will be responsible for providing strong operational leadership across mining activities, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and in line with operational plans.

n

You will work closely with site leadership, technical teams and contractors to drive performance, maintain high safety standards and support continuous improvement across the operation.

n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

- Provide effective leadership and direction to the mining production team
n
- Oversee day-to-day mine production activities
n
- Drive the safe and efficient achievement of production targets
n
- Ensure mining activities are delivered in accordance with operational plans and schedules
n
- Monitor production performance, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
n
- Lead and support a strong safety culture across the operation
n
- Manage and coordinate contractors and site resources
n
- Work closely with Mining, Maintenance, Technical Services and other key stakeholders
n
- Ensure compliance with site procedures, statutory requirements and safety standards
n
- Monitor operational costs and contribute to budget management
n
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity,



efficiency and overall mine performance
n
- Provide regular operational and production reporting to site leadership
n
- Support workforce planning, development and performance management
n
- Promote a positive, accountable and collaborative team environment
n

ABOUT YOU

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

- Previous experience in a Mine Production Superintendent or senior mining leadership role
n
- Strong experience within mining production operations
n
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate operational teams
n
- Strong understanding of mine production processes and operational planning
n
- A proven commitment to safety and risk management
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
n
- The ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced mining environment
n
- Relevant mining qualifications and competencies
n
- Current WA mining experience will be highly regarded
n
