Key Responsibilities

- Takeoverallresponsibilityforthedailyoperationofthemotelandensuresmoothcoordinationacrossalldepartments
- Leadandsupportfrontoffice,housekeeping,maintenanceandguestservicefunctions
- Recruit,train,rosterandsupervisestaffwhilemaintaininghighstandardsofprofessionalism
- Buildapositiveteamenvironmentandsupportongoingstaffdevelopment




- Maintainhighguestservicestandardsandresolveguestconcernspromptlyandprofessionally
- Monitoroccupancy,bookings,revenueandoverallbusinessperformance
- Manageoperationalbudgetsandidentifypracticalopportunitiestocontrolcosts
- Maintainaccuratefinancial,operationalandguest-relatedrecords
- Ensurethepropertymeetsrequiredhealth,safety,hygieneandregulatorystandards
- Coordinatemaintenance,repairsandimprovementstorooms,facilitiesandequipment
- Workwithsuppliersandcontractorstomaintainqualityandvalue
- Developinitiativestoimprovebookings,visibilityandoverallbusinessperformance
- Buildrelationshipswithlocalbusinesses,tourismorganisationsandcommunitystakeholders
- Identifyopportunitiestoimproveoperationalefficiencyandguestsatisfaction
- Representthebusinessprofessionallyandmaintainastrongreputationwithinthelocalcommunity

Requirements & Eligibility

- Provenexperienceinmotel,hoteloraccommodationmanagement
- Demonstratedabilitytoindependentlymanageday-to-dayhospitalityoperations
- Strongleadershipandstaffmanagementexperience
- Solidunderstandingofguestservicesandaccommodationindustrypractices
- Experiencemanagingbudgets,revenueandoperationalcosts
- Strongcustomerserviceandproblem-solvingskills
- Abilitytohandleguestcomplaintsandoperationalchallengesprofessionally
- Experiencewithhotelmanagementsystemsandpoint-of-saleplatforms
- Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
- Excellentorganisationalandtime-managementabilities
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandtakeresponsibilityforbusinessdecisions
- Relevanthospitalityqualificationsorcertificationsareadvantageous
- Willingnesstoworkflexiblehours,includingweekendsandpublicholidays
- Additionallanguageskills,particularlyfluentMandarin,willbehighlyregarded
- Abilitytoprovideverifiableemploymenthistoryandrelevantprofessionalreferences
