Job Description
Construction Project Administrator
n
$85,000 + super
n
An exciting opportunity has become available for an organised and proactive Project Administrator to join a growing business. This is a great opportunity to join an established business that is experiencing continued growth and to become an significant part of a busy project delivery team. Working closely with the Head of Project Delivery, Project Managers and operational teams, you will provide essential administration and coordination support across a range of projects, helping to keep projects organised, compliant and moving forward.

About the role
n
This is a varied, hands-on role where you will be responsible for:
n
n
- Coordinating project administration, scheduling and mobilisation activities
n
- Organising site inductions, licences, training, travel and accommodation
n
- Maintaining project folders, registers, schedules and action/issue registers
n
- Coordinating timesheets, daily reports, photographs and project records
n
- Maintaining compliance, equipment and inspection registers
n
- Supporting the control of SWMS, ITPs, permits and other project documentation
n
- Following up outstanding information with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
n
- Assisting with project close-out documentation, including handover packs, warranties and as-built records
n
- Identifying missing information or potential issues and escalating these early
n
n
About you
n
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and enjoys being the person who keeps everything on track. You will ideally have:
n
n
- At least 2 years' experience in project administration or coordination within construction, engineering, manufacturing or a field-service environment
n
- Experience with scheduling, mobilisation and document control
n
- A good understanding of construction-related documentation, WHS records, inductions and compliance registers
n
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Excel skills
n
- Excellent follow-up and communication skills
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
n
- A practical, proactive approach and the confidence to chase information when required
n
- A White Card
n
n
Experience with MS Project or SharePoint would be advantageous.
n
