Your Impact

As a Customer Relations Representative, you are the face of our operations. You'll balance high-volume inquiries with critical administrative tasks, ensuring our screening products are delivered with 100% accuracy.

What you'll be doing:

- Problem Solving: Managing inquiries via phone and email with speed and flair.

- Advocacy:



Turning customer challenges into positive outcomes through empathy and professional resolution.

- Precision: Maintaining gold-standard data entry and CRM records.

- Collaboration: Working alongside stakeholders to exceed expectations and hit deadlines.

What You Bring to the Table

We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy, adaptable, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

- Experience: At least 3 months in a call center OR 12+ months in a fast-paced customer service environment.

- Communication: You're a natural talker and a better listener.

- Tech Skills: Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems.

- Agility: You thrive in an workplace where no two days are the same.
