Key focus areas:

- Lead the remediation of identified payroll compliance risks

- Review and validate payroll findings across multiple entities
n
- Analyse historical payroll data and quantify underpayments
n
- Apply strong knowledge of Modern Awards, EAs, Fair Work and superannuation
n
- Identify payroll system and process issues contributing to incorrect payments
n
- Develop robust remediation methodologies and maintain robust governance
n
- Partner with senior HR, payroll and business stakeholders throughout the process

About you:

You'll be a senior payroll specialist with proven experience delivering complex payroll projects, strong technical knowledge and the ability to confidently manage sensitive issues from investigation through to remediation.

We're looking for an experienced Payroll Compliance and Remediation Manager to take ownership of a complex, multi-entity payroll remediation project. This is a great opportunity for someone who has previously led payroll remediation, transformation or outsourced a payroll function and is confident operating at a senior stakeholder level.
