We're growing our After Sales Care team.

You'll be part of our existing team, supporting customers after their purchase, managing enquiries, warranty claims and product concerns through to resolution.

You’ll work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to provide practical solutions and a positive customer experience.

Role located in Wangaratta.

Strong communicator with good phone and email skills.

Organised and able to manage multiple cases.
