About the Role

We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Security Guarding Supervisor to take ownership of day-to-day security operations and help ensure our clients receive reliable, high-quality service.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coordinate security teams, manage scheduling and site coverage, work closely with clients and look for better ways to keep operations running smoothly.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate the delivery of guarding, patrol and site security services across client sites

Manage security rosters and shift scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage

Coordinate the deployment of security officers and operational resources

Lead, support and coach security officers and team members

Keep workflows organised and ensure tasks and deadlines are being followed through

Act as a key contact for clients, providing regular updates and responding to concerns

Build strong, qualified relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Monitor service delivery against client expectations and contractual requirements

Identify process gaps and implement practical improvements

Contribute to improving systems, procedures and standard operating processes

Monitor team and operational performance and take action when required

About you





You're someone who enjoys keeping things organised, solving problems and making sure things get done. You'll be comfortable balancing competing priorities, communicating with a range of people and stepping in to resolve issues when they arise.

You'll ideally bring:

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in security, facilities or operations

A strong understanding of security operations, rostering and site management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisation and time-management skills

A proactive, solutions-focused approach

The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail

A genuine focus on client service and building strong relationships

Confidence leading, supporting and holding team members accountable

Proficiency with rostering/scheduling systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Relevant security industry qualifications and a current security licence, as required
