The Secure Step is seeking an experienced Safety & Compliance Manager to lead the national WHS, risk and compliance framework. You will translate safety strategy into day-to-day practices across multiple sites in Australia.

You will influence senior leaders, design leadership training, conduct site visits, investigations and audits, and ensure alignment with Australian legislation and ISO management systems. National travel will be required.
