Job Description
You will provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior advisers while assisting with the coordination of client matters, documentation, and office operations. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling confidential financial information in a fast-paced advisory environment.

Key responsibilities

Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for senior advisers
n
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and preparation of supporting documents
n
Manage emails, correspondence, and client enquiries
n
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
n
Organise documentation for advisory and restructuring matters
n
Liaise with clients, accountants, and legal advisers
n
Track deadlines and follow up on required documentation
n
Maintain organised digital filing systems and document management
n
Assist with internal reporting and general office administration
n
Support the smooth running of the office and team operations
n
About you
n
Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Office Manager
n
Robust organisational and time management skills
n
High attention to detail and professionalism
n
Experience in professional services, legal, accounting, insolvency or financial advisory firms
n
Experience working with confidential financial or corporate documentation
n
Familiarity with CRM or document management systems (Hubspot, Monday)
