Sublime Care is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our Occupational Therapy team, delivering high-quality, compliant, person-centred care to NDIS and Aged Care participants. This role combines clinical practice with team leadership and clinical governance responsibility.

The Role

n

n
- Manage a reduced caseload, delivering OT assessments, interventions, and reports in line with the NDIS/Aged Care Practice Standards.
n
- Provide clinical supervision to OT clinicians and support their professional development.
n
- Directly supervise allocated staff, including performance management and training needs.
n
- Monitor caseload hours against Participant Service Agreements and billable targets.
n
- Build relationships with participants, families, referrers, and other allied health professionals.

About You

n

n
- Minimum 5 years' clinical Occupational Therapist experience with unrestricted AHPRA.
n




- Solid experience supervising and mentoring a clinical team, providing operational supervision.
n
- Experience managing departmental budgets, billable targets and strategic planning.
n
- Sound knowledge of the NDIS/Aged Care operating environment and relevant legislation.
n
- Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, Driver Licence, First Aid Certificate.
