Our client is a leading Australian property development, construction, and investment group.

You’ll own financial reporting across the full group, from monthly management accounts through to Board-level packs. This role sits at the intersection of technical accounting and commercial analysis. NetSuite proficiency is essential for this role.

What You’ll Do

- Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts and consolidated group financial reports
- Prepare Board-level reporting packs, including narrative, variance analysis and forward-looking commentary
- Ensure financial reporting complies with AASB and IFRS standards
- Manage month-end and year-end close, including journals, reconciliations and intercompany eliminations
- Monitor financial performance across the group's business units, including budget tracking and cost control
- Design, build and maintain reports, dashboards and Saved Searches within NetSuite,



and manage chart of accounts and multi-entity consolidation structures
- Partner with IT and external NetSuite consultants on system enhancements, integrations and upgrades
- Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare rolling forecasts and cash flow projections across the group
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisers through the year-end audit process
- Manage and mentor junior members of the finance reporting team

What You’ll Bring

- Senior finance professional with strong accounting expertise (CA or CPA qualified)
- Proven experience with multi-entity consolidation and group reporting
- Full ownership of the group reporting function, from month-end close through to Board pack delivery
- Explicit communication style and the ability to work collaboratively across the business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent stakeholder management
