About the role

You'll lead residential solar and battery installs across Victoria, working with a skilled team to deliver clean, compliant, high-quality systems.

Key responsibilities

Install and commission solar PV and battery systems

Lead your own small team

Ensure compliance with CEC, ESV, and AS/NZS standards

Mentor apprentices and labourers

Represent the business professionally in office

About you

A-Grade Electrical Licence (VIC)

Current SAA/CEC Solar + Battery Accreditation (essential)

Proven experience in residential solar installs

Strong knowledge of wiring rules and compliance

Leadership mindset and attention to detail





Must have VU23631 Working Safely on Roofs with Renewable Energy or VU22744 Working Safely in the Solar Industry ticket

Fully maintained company vehicle, tools & equipment

Stock organised and ready; no chasing materials

Consistent pipeline of work (no gaps between jobs)
