Casual | PM Shift | 4:00pm Start | 6 Day Operation - Monday to Saturday | Cold Storage

Following a new client win at our Wetherill Park depot, we have multiple Picker/Packer positions available and we're looking for motivated, physically capable people to join our afternoon shift team. These are casual roles with a genuine pathway to full-time employment for the right candidates.

The Opportunity:

n

As a Picker/Packer at our Wetherill Park depot, you'll be working in a fast-paced cold storage workplace picking and packing customer orders accurately and to target. This is a physically demanding role involving consistent heavy lifting, so we're looking for people who are fit, reliable, and ready to work hard. Warehouse or pick/pack experience is required, and prior exposure to milk, dairy, or chilled product environments will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Manually pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to daily productivity targets
n
- Perform consistent heavy lifting throughout your shift in a chilled warehouse environment
n




- Ensure all packed orders meet quality and accuracy standards prior to dispatch
n
- Work collaboratively as part of a close‐knight team to keep the operation running smoothly
n
- Identify and report any damaged, missing, or incorrect stock and maintain a clean and safe work area
n

You'll Bring:

n

n
- The physical fitness and capability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout your shift
n
- Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience is a MUST - prior exposure to milk, dairy, or chilled product environments is highly advantageous
n
- Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to turning up and giving it your all every shift
n
- Comfortable working in a cold storage environment with appropriate PPE provided
n
- A team‐first attitude and strong commitment to safe work practices
