Experienced Buyer’s Agent — SETLD Property

As a Buyer's Agent with SETLD Property, you will manage active buyer briefs from engagement through to acquisition, source on-market and off-market opportunities, and represent clients throughout their property search and purchase journey. This is an experienced, non-entry-level position requiring someone who already understands buyer advocacy, property acquisition and the Melbourne property market.

Key responsibilities

- Manage active buyer briefs from engagement through to acquisition
- Source on-market and off-market opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with selling agents
- Attend property inspections
- Research properties and analyse comparable sales
- Assist clients with property selection and acquisition strategy
- Negotiate purchases directly with selling agents
- Represent clients at auctions
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout their search

About you





- Previous experience as a Buyer's Agent / Buyer's Advocate
- Strong knowledge of the Melbourne property market
- Confidence dealing with selling agents and clients
- Experience assessing property values and comparable sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple active buyers
- High attention to detail
- Victorian real-estate qualifications/credentials appropriate to the role
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
