As an iTechworld Pick Packer, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring that products are handled and stored safely and efficiently.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

Receiving incoming shipments: Unloading trucks, checking deliveries for accuracy, and documenting any discrepancies.

n

Inventory management: Organising and maintaining inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and updating inventory records.

n

Order fulfilment: Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment according to company standards.

n

Shipping and receiving: Preparing shipping documents, and labelling packages.

n

Warehouse Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment, including shelving, storage areas, and workspaces.

n

Equipment operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.

n

Forklift license is required.

n

Quality control:



Inspecting products for damage or defects, reporting any issues to management,

n

Safety compliance: Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper handling of hazardous materials and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

n

Team responsibilities: Working closely with other warehouse staff and departments to achieve common goals and objectives.

n

Other duties as assigned: Assisting with seasonal peaks, or other tasks as needed to support warehouse operations.

n

Ability to be hands-on when needed, including heavy lifting and warehouse work.

n

Excellent organisational skills.

n

Weekend work will be required.

n

Qualifications:

n

3+ years of experience in a similar role.

n

Manual driver's license.

n

Previous experience with RF scanners.

n

Bonus points if you have knowledge of Shopify and Cin7 systems.
