What you’ll be doing

- TIG & MIG welding stainless steel components




- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Operating grinders, weld prep tools, and fabrication equipment
- Inspecting welds and maintaining high-quality standards
- Working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Learning CNC and laser processes on the job

What we’re looking for

- Experience in TIG/MIG welding (stainless preferred)
- Trade-qualified sheetmetal fabricator (preferred)
- Confident using fabrication tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read drawings
- Safety-conscious and reliable
- Someone who wants to grow, learn, and be part of a team
