Production Assistants

We're looking for motivated and reliable Production Assistants to join our Manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you'll help produce and package natural healthcare products that support the wellbeing of our customers.

What You'll Be Doing

- Supporting a range of manufacturing and packaging activities
- Operating and monitoring production and packaging equipment
- Completing tasks such as blending, tabletting, encapsulation, coating and packing products
- Performing quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Maintaining accurate records using digital systems and batch documentation
- Cleaning and preparing equipment and work areas for production
- Ensuring production areas meet cleanliness and safety requirements
- Contributing ideas through our LEAN continuous improvement program
- Following all safety, quality and GMP procedures

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to have it all,

- Have experience in manufacturing, food production, packaging or a similar environment
- Are comfortable using digital systems and technology
- Have strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Are reliable, organised and willing to learn
