The Opportunity

Shell Energy isseekinga detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Operations Business Analyst to join our Pricing team.

This roleis responsible forsupporting the delivery and administration of pricing activities across the business while working closely with a broad range of internal stakeholders. You will play a key role inmaintainingpricing systems, managingproductand pricing data, and ensuring pricing information isaccurate,compliantand delivered efficiently.

With respect, integrity and honesty, responsibilities include:

- Supporting the delivery and execution of pricing and product initiatives that align withorganisationalgoals and businessobjectives.
- Maintaining product and pricing information within internal systems, including plans, promotions, productmappingand customer offers.
- Working closely with operations and customer teams tooptimisepricing processes, systemroutinesand automation activities.
- Reviewing,investigatingand resolving pricing and product issues whileidentifyingopportunities for continuous improvement.
- Managing ad hoc pricing corrections, compliance-relatedfixesand operational pricing updates.
- Contributing to major pricing events,



including regulated and market price changes and new product launches.
- Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect identification, resolutionvalidationand implementation activities.
- Performing routine data cleansing, validation and quality assurance activities across pricing,productand customer datasets.
