About the Role

Based at our Menangle Park Display Home, you will manage the full sales process — from initial enquiry through to signed contract — while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

n

You'll be supported with our practical designs, a premium product range, and an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with walk-in clients and online enquiries
n
- Guide customers through the home building journey
n
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable home designs
n
- Manage and convert leads into signed contracts
n




- Maintain strong follow-up and pipeline management
n
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
n
- Ensure display homes are presented to a high standard
n

About You

n

- Proven experience in new home sales (essential)
n
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
n
- Confident in managing the full sales process and closing deals
n
- Highly organised with strong follow-up skills
n
- Professional presentation and communication skills
n
- Driven, competitive, and motivated to earn
n

You must be available to work weekends, as this is a key part of the role.
