Modscape is seeking a Senior Estimator based at Essendon Fields VIC to drive accurate, commercially sound and risk-informed estimates for residential and commercial projects. You will work with Design, Pre-Construction, Procurement, and Manufacturing to align estimates with project delivery methods and strategic goals.
You will prepare detailed take-offs, evaluate quotations, identify cost risks, and communicate key drivers and assumptions to senior stakeholders.
