This Head Coach role comes down to three things: coaching, developing athletes, and running events people want to be part of.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

n

The Coaches Coach

n

Set the standard for coaching delivery and articulate the S&C; principles behind TYG's programming

n

Mentor, assess and develop the junior coaches coming up behind you

n

Drive qualified growth - spot what's needed and help plan development

n

Shape the training

n

Own our collaborative programs and the competition & event calendar, including Hyrox and other hybrid racing and endurance events

n

Keep an eye on member progress and shape the training that gets them where they're aiming

n

Support sales and retention

n

Be comfortable with trial conversion conversations and hand off cleanly to Front of House

n

Stay in tune with members and keep goals, injuries and progress properly documented

n

Part-time,



built into a rotating roster with time allocated purely for coach development and planning

n

Employed with remuneration at Above Award rates

n

Clear, achievable KPIs - you'll know exactly what a great month looks like, and so will we

WHO WE'RE AFTER

n

A self-motivated team player who wants to own their role, not just fill it

n

Senior coaching experience (Cert IV Fitness minimum) with a genuine drive to develop other coaches

n

Comfortable running the logistics of events and competitions, not just training for them

n
