The Opportunity

We are seeking an experiencedSolicitorto
join our dynamic Public Liabilities teams. Reporting to senior leadership, you
will play a key role in managing and resolving client cases, supervising staff,
and driving successful outcomes while upholding the firm’s high ethical and
professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage
a caseload of personal injury matters from intake to resolution.
- Prepare
and review pleadings, Statements of Claim, and other court documents.
- Conduct
legal research and provide strategic advice on case merits.
- Attend
conferences, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings with clients and
barristers.
- Negotiate
and settle claims in line with client instructions.
- Maintain
regular and clear communication with clients, ensuring superior client
service.
- Supervise
and mentor support staff to ensure compliance with firm protocols.
- Meet
individual KPIs including file management, client satisfaction, and fee
budgets.
- Maintain




compliance with all professional obligations, including CPD requirements.

About You

You will bring:

- Admission
as a Solicitor in NSW with a current practising certificate.
- Minimum
3 -5+ years’ post-admission experience in personal injury litigation.
- Strong
advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills.
- A
proven track record in achieving successful client outcomes.
- High
attention to detail, with excellent organisational and file management
abilities.
- Ability
to mentor and supervise junior staff.
- A
collaborative approach, aligned with the firm’s values and standards.
