Bobs Barber Shops is looking for an experienced Barber with knowledge in traditional shaving and haircuts, who is confident using scissors, razors, clippers and more.

Skills and Experience Required

- Relevant AQF Certificate III plus 2 years of work experience in the same or closely related, Relevant Certificate IV plus 12 months of work experience in the same or closely related position OR 3 years of relevant work experience in the same or closely related position in lieu of formal qualifications
- Be confident and proficient in performing different style haircuts & beard shaping
- Refined interpersonal skills to help develop our existing customer base and build solid client relationships, whilst welcoming new customers
- Excellent attention to detail and precise execution of cuts
- Strong communication skills, particularly experience working in a team productively
- Strong work ethic and passionate about hairdressing
- Time management skills and ability to juggle a busy schedule
