We currently have an opportunity for an Associate to join oneAustralia's leading litigation practices, with a strong focus onfranchising and consumer markets, including some government work.As pivotal member of the team, you will be working on substantiallarge-scale commercial litigation matters including class-actions,and be working with some of the worlds' best known brands spanningthe consumer, retail, automotive and leisure sectors.

Responsibilities

- Manage a broad range of large scale commercial litigationmatters with some of the worlds' premier brands
- Draft correspondence and evidence, run interlocutoryapplications and trials
- Assist with briefing and instructing counsel and liaisingdirectly with clients
- Mentor Graduates and Summer Clerks
- Assist with Business Development initiatives

Requirements

- 1+ years PQE
- A strong desire to work on complex, high profilelitigation
- Excellent written, drafting and verbal communicationskills
