The successful candidate will lead a very small team (2 to 3) and run front of house operations for Haiku Kuro, a night time izakaya serving Japanese food with cocktails, imported drinks, a small selection of sake and Japanese drinks.
Key responsibilities
- Roster each week and organise according to bookings with consideration of labour cost
- Support and curate drinks menu seasonally with existing bar tender
- Provide hospitality and create an energy and vibe
- Operate a booking system and manage any booking requests
- Drink stock rotation and organisation with day time cafe
About us
Haiku Camberwell in Victoria operates a cafe that turns into a night time eatery every Thursday to Saturday night, situated in the same venue as Haiku Kuro.
