- Follow up on customer requests and resolve issues efficiently
- Support business development and sales activities within existing accounts
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
About You
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service,
sales support, account coordination, or technical support
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to learn technical products and manufacturing processes
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or technical environments is advantageous
- Full working rights in Australia (PR or Australia Citizen)
