Coastwide Concrete is a locally owned and operated company supplying ready-mix concrete to the building and construction industry across the Central Coast region.

We currently have an opportunity for a suitable person to join the team as a Batcher/Allocator based out of our Gosford and Warnervale sites.
n
As a Batcher/Allocator you are responsible for ensuring that customer expectations are met with service and product quality.
n
Duties and Responsibilities:
n
Ensure the efficient batching and loading of concrete, using specific concrete batching software.
n
Optimising the utilisation of the Coastwide Concrete fleet through effective planning.
n
Engage with customers and respond to enquiries in a timely manner.
n
Manage stock levels to meet the demands of customer requirements.
n
Relevant concrete industry experience will be highly regarded however full training will be provided.

Basic administration, document and records management skills and intermediate numeracy skills.

Be able to, or willing to learn to operate the Front End Loader.
n
Professional, adaptable, resilient, positive and solutions-focused.
n
Current unrestricted drivers licence with suitable driving record and own transport (HR drivers licence preferred but not essential)
n
Pre-employment medical.
n
Experience in concrete batching or concrete pumping. Previous allocations based roles highly regarded.
n
Experience in Construction/Logistics/Transport operations.
n
Construction Industry White Card
n
Licences/tickets in forklift, loader operations and/or other plant equipment
n
Qualifications or trade experience in concreting or concrete technology.
n
Immediate start available.
n Hourly rate based on experience.
