Its Digital and Technology Services team runs a broad portfolio of enterprise applications, on premises and in the cloud, with a strong focus on service quality and continuous improvement.

About the role:

n

Reporting to the Application Operations Lead, you will keep core business systems stable, secure and improving during a period of leave. You will own complex incidents, work with vendors and managed service providers on upgrades and fixes, and leave behind explicit documentation and a well‐supported user base.

Duties:

n

n
- Administer and support ERP, CRM, payroll, HR and integrated systems
n
- Resolve production incidents and lead root cause analysis
n
- Manage vendors and service providers through upgrades and fixes
n




- Maintain user access, licences, certificates and SSO/MFA
n
- Document the knowledge base and train end users
n

n

Skills and experience:

n

n
- Senior application support and administration of core business systems
n
- Strong SQL on Oracle and MS SQL Server
n
- ITIL incident, problem and change management in practice
n
- PowerShell or Python scripting; integration troubleshooting
n
- TechnologyOne, Oracle CRM or local government exposure highly regarded
n
