Qantas Airways' Product Innovation Centre in Adelaide seeks a Software Technical Lead – Salesforce to lead a small engineering squad and own the technical direction of a live product used by contact centre consultants. The role sits in a cross-functional squad with a Product Manager, a designer and a business analyst, and is based at our Adelaide hub.

This is an AI-first, hands-on leadership role: about half your time is coding and the rest is guiding, reviewing and coaching.
