Hallmark Integrated Health Services is seeking a full time Occupational Therapist to work on-site from Berwick and travel to Traralgon in VIC. You will assess clients’ functional abilities and craft tailored intervention plans that promote meaningful participation in daily activities.

You will conduct clinical assessments, monitor progress, and document in line with NDIS requirements, collaborating with families, support coordinators, and MDT members.
