About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and safety-driven supervisor to help oversee the daily operations of our Knox site. Reporting to the site manager, this role is responsible for leading small teams, ensuring compliance with company procedures, maintaining a safe workplace and supporting the site's waste diversion goals

Details of the Position

- Oversee daily operations of the site
- Lead and support site staff
- Manage team rosters and workflows
- Assist customers and enforce site rules
- Monitor waste streams and site compliance




- Maintain safety, equipment and site standards

The Successful Applicant Will

- Have waste, recycling or transfer station experience
- Have leadership or supervisory experience
- Must be available to work one weekend day per week
- Hold a Loader, Excavator and Forklift licence (or be willing to obtain this)
- Have strong communication, safety and customer service skills
