ABOUT THE COMPANY

TwoScots are partnering with a well-established and growing business based in Melbourne's South-Eastern Suburbs. The organisation is continuing to expand and offers a supportive and rewarding environment with a solid focus on its people and culture.

They are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team on an ongoing temporary basis, with an immediate start available.

- Great hourly rate ranging from $38 - 40ph per hour (depending on experience)

- Flexibility to wfh 2 days once fully trained

ROLE





The duties include but are not limited to:

- End to end Accounts Receivable function
- Processing customer claims & rebates
- Performing account reconciliations, monitoring of customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Generate and send out invoices and statements
- Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Additional ad hoc duties as required

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 2 years Full function AR experience
- Intermediate excel skills is desirable
- A proactive member within a team
