An Apprentice Plumber position based in Morisset, working across the Central Coast, Newcastle and Hunter regions. You will work alongside experienced tradesmen in our plumbing and drainage teams, gaining hands-on experience across different stages of plumbing and construction. As your skills and experience develop, you will be given greater responsibility and the prospect to work more independently.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting with hot and cold water rough-ins
n
- Plumbing fit-offs and fixture installation
n
- New residential construction plumbing
n
- General plumbing and maintenance works
n
- Gaining experience on commercial projects
n
- Working alongside drainage teams and gaining experience in sewer and stormwater drainage
n
- Assisting with plumbing repairs and rectification works
n
- Working with site supervisors, builders and other trades
n
- Using ServiceM8, the job management system, to receive job details and complete job documentation
n

- Reliable, motivated and willing to learn

- Genuine interest in developing skills and becoming a quality tradesman

- Comfortable working as part of a team
n
- Able to take direction from experienced plumbers
n
- Strong work ethic
n
- Previous construction or plumbing experience beneficial but not essential
