The Role

n

Provides GeoMetallurgical technical services and supportive governance for Geometallurgy and Mineralogy. The role supports the Principal GeoMetallurgy in business planning, plant optimisation, and troubleshooting across the company.

The Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Technical Advisory: Provide expert Geometallurgical and mineralogical advice to Business Units and internal teams.
n
- Opportunity Execution: Deliver expert technical input into Full Asset Potential (FAP) chance development.
n
- Network Management: Establish and maintain high-value relationships with external vendors, OEMs, and research institutions.
n




- Safety Leadership: Model behavior aligned with the companies Safety Vision and Values, supporting active incident investigations.
n

The Requirements

n

Qualifications & Experience

n

n
- Degree in Geology, GeoMetallurgy, Metallurgical, Process, or Chemical Engineering.
n
- At least 8 years relevant experience in the mining industry – Gold, Base Metals
n
- Ability to take a 3-year business perspective in managing multiple competing priorities and reconciling these with the Company's strategic priorities
n
- Knowledge and experience with both Geology and metallurgy/mineral processing
n
- Main background in mineral processing and knowledge in Geology
n

Skills & Personal Attributes

- Strong background in production and management - desirable
n
- Strong track record in business improvement and change management – desirable
n
- Extensive travel is required
n
