Endeavour Group’s Gosnells Hotel is seeking a Venue Support Officer to help manage guest enquiries, reconcile POS data and maintain data integrity across ALH systems. You will support the Venue team on the floor during peak times and contribute to audits and reporting.
You will uphold privacy and confidentiality, keep administration well organized and participate in team meetings to share insights for better service and operational outcomes.
