In this pivotal role, you will be the friendly face and first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive a seamless and positive experience. What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner

Scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently

Handling patient enquiries and providing information about our services

Collecting and processing patient registration and billing information

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records

Assisting with general administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a customer service role within a healthcare environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise and liaise with patients from diverse backgrounds

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace





Proficient in using medical software and administrative systems

A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy
