About the Role

n

As aTradeCarpenteryou'llbe part of ourFacilitiesManagement team, working across residential, commercial, and civil projects. From constructing and installing timber structures tomaintainingfixtures and fittings,you'llensure every job meets Australian Standards and WHS requirements.

- Ability to interpreting building plans and specifications.
n
- Performing carpentry tasks such as framing, decking, stairs, doors, windows, cabinetry, and internal linings.
n
- Maintaining compliance with NCC and safety standards.
n
- Collaborating with builders, subcontractors,



and apprentices.
n
- Traveling across multiple CatholicCare sites to deliver exceptional service.

- Certificate III in Carpentry (CPC30220)

- NSW Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

Essential Skills:

- Proven experience in residential or commercial carpentry
n
- Solid understanding of Australian building codes and standards
n
- Ability to read and interpret plans
n
- High attention to detail andsafety
n
- Experience supervising apprentices
