Timbrebongie House is a 47 bed aged care facility located in Narromine, Central West Current South Wales. Your role will be crucial in providing age appropriate and meaningful activities for our residents, to ensure their quality of life is maintained and improved upon.

Key responsibilities

- Develop a person-centred monthly calendar, in consultation with residents.
- Promote holistic wellbeing programs, combining physical, social, cognitive and emotional support.
- Complete documentation in relation to all social activities.
- Provide access to external outings, to encourage community connection.
- Support care staff with general care support as required.

About you

- Previous experience in an aged care facility is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
- The ability to gain a rapport with residents, staff and visitors.
- A proactive approach and willingness to support the wider team.
- A NDIS Worker Screening Check or the ability to obtain one.
- Must be able to drive the facility's bus (manual).
- Must have a certificate in leisure and lifestyle (or similar).
