We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer for a permanent part-time position (32 hours / week). Standard shifts range between 6:30am and 5:00pm.
About the role
Our admin staff are an integral part of our team at Barton Private Hospital. Positions exist for people who want to actively contribute to the effective and effective running of our theatres and hospital.
To be successful in your application for this position, you will have:
- High level interpersonal skills;
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when completing tasks;
- Ability to plan and prioritise work and meet deadlines;
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team;
- Ability to use initiative and judgement;
- Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality in matters relating to patient information;
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Experience in the use Of SIM Day / FYDO patient management system is highly desirable;
- Previous experience in medical administration or similar;
- Completion of Certificate III in Medical Reception is desirable;
- Knowledge of medical terminology, basic accounting skills and general office procedures.
