Job Description
As Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective clinical leadership and overseeing the day-to-day delivery of care within the unit.

Key responsibilities

- You will work closely with residents, families, care staff, allied health professionals and management to ensure the highest standards of clinical care and resident wellbeing.
n
- Provide clinical leadership, guidance and support to nursing and care staff.
n
- Oversee the delivery of secure, high-quality, person-centred care.
n
- Monitor residents' clinical needs and ensure appropriate assessment, care planning and review.
n

What you need
n
n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
n
- Previous experience in residential aged care.
n
