The Role

n

We're looking for an experienced Carpenter/Builder to join our team. This role suits someone who can run jobs, think ahead, and deliver high-quality work without needing to be micromanaged.

n

You'll be working across a mix of residential and commercial projects, including renovations, maintenance, and small builds.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Running and delivering small renovation and maintenance jobs
n
- General carpentry: framing (timber & metal), trusses, fit-outs, extensions
n
- Working across residential and commercial sites
n
- Handling defect and remediation work
n
- Supervising and guiding other workers when required
n




- Ordering and coordinating materials with suppliers
n
- Following scope of works and ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard
n
- Keeping transparent communication with the team and clients
n

What We're Looking For

- Trade-qualified Carpenter (essential)
n
- Strong experience across carpentry, maintenance, and general building
n
- Able to run jobs independently and take ownership of your work
n
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
n
- Reliable, professional, and takes pride in quality finishes
n
- Strong communication and team attitude
n
- Driver's licence (required)
