We are looking for a talented Graphic & Digital Designer to join our marketing team and help bring our brands, campaigns and experiences to life across both digital and physical channels.
n
The Role
n
As the Graphic & Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging, on-brand creative across our venues and marketing channels. You will work across everything from social media content and digital campaigns to print collateral, in-venue signage, digital screens, animation and video.
n
This is a hands-on office based role in our Blacktown head office, suited to a designer who enjoys working across a variety of creative formats, can manage multiple projects at once and understands how to design for both digital and print environments.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Develop creative concepts and design assets for marketing campaigns, promotions, events and venue communications.
n
- Create artwork for social media, websites, EDMs, digital advertising and other digital channels.
n
- Design creative for in-venue digital screens, including promotional slides, motion graphics and animated content.
n
- Upload, schedule and manage media across digital screens and displays within the clubs. Produce high-quality print-ready artwork, including menus, posters, flyers, banners, signage, brochures and promotional collateral.
n
- Prepare artwork correctly for print, including sizing, bleed, crop marks, colour profiles and resolution.
n
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations and video content for digital and social channels.
n
- Edit video content,
including short-form promotional videos, reels and venue content.
n
- Work within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas to campaigns.
n
- Resize and adapt creative across multiple formats, venues and platforms.
n
- Manage multiple briefs and deadlines in a fast-paced hospitality and entertainment environment.
n
- Maintain organised creative files, templates and digital assets.
n
- Ensure all creative is accurate, visually engaging and consistent across Workers Group brands.
n
n
Essential Skills & Experience
n
n
- Demonstrated experience in a graphic and digital design role, ideally within hospitality (preferred, but not essential), entertainment, retail, sport or a fast-paced consumer environment.
n
- Advanced working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
n
- Adobe Illustrator
n
- Adobe InDesign
n
- Adobe Premiere Pro
n
- Adobe After Effects
n
- Strong knowledge and experience using Canva.
n
- Solid graphic design fundamentals, including typography, layout, composition, colour and visual hierarchy.
n
- Experience creating digital design and content for social media and online platforms.
n
- Experience with animation and motion graphics.
n
- Strong video editing skills.
n
- Understanding of preparing and supplying print-ready artwork.
n
- Ability to work across a range of formats, sizes and creative requirements.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for visual quality.
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
n
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
n

Desirable
n
n
- Experience working with digital signage / digital screen management systems.
n
- Experience designing for large-format screens and in-venue digital displays.
n
- Experience in hospitality, clubs, pubs, restaurants, entertainment or sport.
n
- Photography or basic image retouching skills.
n
- Understanding of digital advertising formats and specifications.
n
- Experience creating short-form social content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
n
- Basic understanding of brand management and marketing campaigns.
n
