Active Mobility Services Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Silverwater, NSW. As a full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy warehouse, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and efficient inventory management.

What you'll be doing

- Assist with the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, maintaining strict inventory control
n
- Assemble and test equipment such as mobility scooters and patient care equipment.
n
- Monitoring stock levels and initiating replenishment orders as needed
n
- Implementing and maintaining effective warehouse management systems and processes
n
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies
n
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
n

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or similar role in a fast-paced warehousing or logistics environment
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills of a team player
n
- Proficient in the use of warehouse management software and inventory control systems




n
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and resolve problems quickly
n
- Forklift licence and experience operating warehouse equipment (desirable)
n
- Physically fit and able to lift 25kg
n
