365 Architechs is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Cybersecurity Consultant to join our growing team in Brisbane. This is an excellent prospect for someone who has gained their first 6 to 12 months of experience in a cybersecurity role and is looking to build a long-term career in security consulting.

Working alongside experienced consultants, you will help our clients strengthen their security posture through Microsoft security technologies, governance frameworks, risk assessments, and cybersecurity best practices.

n

This is a full-time, office-based position located in our Brisbane office, with attendance required five days per week.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Assisting with cybersecurity assessments and reviews
n
- Supporting Microsoft security solution implementations
n
- Helping clients improve compliance with the Essential Eight
n
- Assisting with Microsoft Defender deployments and configuration reviews
n
- Participating in security monitoring, reporting, and investigations
n
- Contributing to security documentation,



policies, and procedures
n
- Working with senior consultants on client engagements and projects
n
- Keeping up to date with emerging security threats and Microsoft security capabilities
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you should have:

n

n
- 6 to 12 months of experience in a cybersecurity, security operations, or related IT security role
n
- A basic understanding of Microsoft Defender technologies
n
- A basic understanding of the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC) Essential Eight framework
n
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
- A willingness to learn and develop professionally
n
- A customer-focused mindset
n
- Australian working rights, noting that we are unable to provide sponsorship for this role
n

Desirable but Not Essential

n

n
- Microsoft security certifications
n
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
n
- Exposure to Microsoft Sentinel
n
- Experience in managed services, help desk, or IT support environments
n
- A degree, diploma, or industry certification in cybersecurity or information technology
n
