One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Agile Scrum Master in Canberra. We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

- Demonstrated experience leading Agile delivery teams in complex environments, ensuring the successful delivery of business outcomes whilst applying Scrum and Agile principles.

- Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels to support Agile delivery outcomes.

- Demonstrated experience coaching individuals and teams in Agile principles, fostering high-performing, self-managing teams.
n
- Demonstrated ability to identify, assess and manage risks, dependencies and impediments that impact delivery outcomes.
n
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of Agile frameworks, methodologies and tools in a complex ICT environment.
