Berry Street in Morwell is seeking an experienced Case Manager to deliver in-home support and specialised case management for vulnerable children, young people and families. This fixed-term role runs full-time until November 2027 on a pro rata basis, with a market-competitive salary and salary packaging options.
You will assess needs, develop Family Action Plans, implement practical parenting strategies and complete MARAM assessments, within a collaborative team and with external partners.
