Key responsibilities
- Support clients to navigate health and community services.
- Build partnerships with community and service providers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across BRHS.
- Join a dedicated Aboriginal Health Unit where you'll build trusted community connections, advocate for clients help remove barriers to culturally secure health and support services.
