ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT – CULTURAL ACTIVITIES

Full Time Term Time Plus

Position Purpose The Administration Assistant plays a pivotal role by providing comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure the effective delivery of the College’s Cultural Activities Program.

This position is integral to the smooth operation of cultural initiatives, enabling students to engage in enriching experiences that foster creativity, collaboration, and personal growth.

The role encompasses communication, coordination, and organisational processes that underpin cultural events, activities, and programs. By maintaining accurate records, scheduling and stakeholder engagement, the Administration Assistant ensures that all Cultural activities are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

These directions will align with, and support, the vision, mission and strategic plan of the college and align with touchstones embedded in the Charter for Catholic Schools in the Edmund Rice Tradition.

Term Time Plus Employment

Our Term Time Plus employment model enables staff to work during school terms, with opportunities for additional paid days during school holiday periods.

About You

Strong organisational and time-management skills.





Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva and administrative systems desired A commitment to the values and ethos of St Patrick’s College

Proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, work under pressure, meet deadlines and multitask, while using initiative to resolve issues constructively.

A pro-active “can‑do” approach with a demonstrated willingness to learn, grow professionally, support a safe and supportive work environment A personable and approachable team player who shares workloads, communicates effectively, and engages professionally with colleagues and the wider College community

Having a Working with Children (Blue Card) or the ability to acquire one.
