Detailed : -

Role description/Main duties:

- Develop, Test, and maintain a disaster recovery plan for critical components and services. Participate in an IT disaster recovery task force to assess and mitigate risk due to lack of an effective disaster recovery strategy.
- Creation of DNS records as per the requirement like A (host record), AAA, CNAME records, in forward zone and reverse zone
- Follow set specifications, guidelines and standards to ensure consistent & good quality deliverables.
- Transition applications from an incumbent vendor. Involve in knowledge transfer sessions & prepare system appreciation document. Perform shadow support before going to steady state.
- Product/software implementation activities to production live. Monitoring the application health immediate after the deployment of the software.
- Analysis of requirements for new business initiatives and practice in estimation of work product.
- Regular communication with customers and discusses about the process developments and implementing them as required.
- Status review and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.




- Create required documentations to install and configure all licensed and free applications, patches and service packs of products from various vendors.
- Working as a capacity manager to monitor & produce trends analysis of network resources utilization, preparing capacity reports to ensure continued integrity & future forecasting.
- Carrying out root cause analysis of re-occurring & major incidents to minimize its chances of re-occurrence by taking corrective & preventive measures.
- Monitoring, Managing and troubleshooting Server infrastructures hosted in remote locations over Physical hardware and Virtualized platforms such as Microsoft Hyper-V, Azure, VMware Private and public cloud solutions and Citrix Servers.
- Monitoring and Managing Email Gateway solutions such as Mail marshal, Trustwave Secure Email Gateway and Proofpoint Secure Email Gateway.
- Providing technical support and customer service directly to team members and end users through ticketing system and remote screen sharing. Monitoring and reviewing Event Logs across supported technologies and proactively resolving issues.

Responsibilities:

- Design Deploy and Management of Citrix Servers and publishing required applications.
- Administering and ensuring availability of Technologies such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS,



Windows & VMware based Fault Tolerant Clusters, Microsoft Exchange.
- Monitoring, Managing and troubleshooting Server infrastructures hosted in remote locations over Physical hardware and Virtualized platforms such as
- Microsoft Hyper-V, Azure, VMware Private and public cloud solutions and Citrix Servers
- Monitor, optimize and troubleshoot Citrix licensing issues and Citrix client configurations
- Implement Citrix Web Interface (WI) –web-based solution to access utility applications.
- Improve the response time for users accessing applications over WAN from different geographies by utilizing features in Citrix etc.
- Managing O365 email boxes using PowerShell scripts
- Supporting Windows 10, MS Office 2016 & Office 365 environments.
- Maintaining and updating periodic McAfee Anti-virus DAT versions and policies in all workstations using E-policy Orchestrator server.
- Processing service tickets within SLA and following the proper ITIL process, change management for software installation and uninstallation, problem management for resolving re-occurring incidents.
- Performing the complete work following ITIL Process (Problem mgmt., Change mgmt.)
- Administering Patch management solutions such as WSUS / SCCM / VMware Update Manager across Various business systems and services ensuring service availability and fault tolerance.
- Installing and troubleshooting operating systems such as Windows 2012, 2008, 2003 servers and installing and managing applications and third-party software installation and provided support.
